Whenever I do something dumb, it’s a great comfort to me that I can at least draw a cartoon about it. The incident with the lady that kept shouting at me did stay with me for a while. Apparently, even when you’re right, it’s possible to shift people’s opinions to your own detriment by being a pain in the ass. I wonder if that can teach me something about protesting in a disruptive way… If you have any thoughts on this, lett me know!
In any case, it’s always good to be reminded that I’m not perfect, in case I’d forget :)
Did you find any of these relatable?
With love,
I had the same experience as your bike incident, just walking to get onto an escalator, a lady tried to cut me off on the inside and when we bumped she was really mad! My daughter and I had to stifle our giggles till we got off and were far enough away, what a bummer to be so angry about things that don't matter!
Love your thoughts, experiences and expressive drawings! Rock on!
