I started running when the kids were really small. Actually Coen wasn’t even born yet. Despite the pain that comes with moving your body at a faster pace than strictly necessary, it was this nice oasis of headspace and quiet - I even did away with music for a while.
I guess I’ve been taking that for granted over the last few months…
